This book is funny and suspenseful. It tells you about the anger and misery of a middle school girl. It is sad and very heartbreaking .The author is very descriptive and the book made me see that I should appreciate the good things in my life. Read this book and it will seem like you are actually in it.

This book had to be the best book I have ever read. It was inspiring and truthful.I think a lot of children can relate to Frankie because this happens in people's everyday lives. The author really must have worked hard on this book.

There are some reasons I didn’t like this story. Mary Amato didn’t put enough dialogue into the story. Another reason is that it was boring. The e-mails kept on saying the same thing over and over again. For instance, Ayanna said in almost every e-mail that Frankie needs to talk to her dad about her feelings. It got annoying. One thing I thought was different about the story is that Mary Amato put most of the story in e-mail form.

"Life is cruel." If you like hilarious movies, books and people this would be the right book for you. That fun filling action packed book is called The Naked Mole Rat Letters by Mary Amoto.Nutter (the youngest boy) and Skip (the middle boy) drive Frankie (the queen of the crops) crazy while she has to keep rat lady from being her dads honey bunch. Laughing was the main thing i did during reading so be prepared.

You should read this book because it tells feelings of this 7th grader when a woman e-mails her father about a date.
My favorite part was when Frankie and Ayanna email each other back and forth.
